The Practice
In this Yin practice, we’ll hold poses for several minutes as your body gradually releases. While you settle into the postures, I’ll share side stories and explore themes from our Vinyasa flows in more depth. These are the tangents, deeper dives, and mythological details that don’t fit into our faster-paced practices.
